This whole comparison table is trash. You cannot compare an M5 or CTS-V to a 300 SRT8, much less a 300C. Everyone knows that. The A8 W12 isn't really much of a competitor either. The S4 is a competitor in performance only; the A6 Competition is more of a competitor in size and performance. In the European market the A6 and 300 would be equally priced I think.

...Who in the hell calls Cadillac NEARLY Luxury? I know Luxury is just an Opinion, But ill use the "Normal" stereotyped standard.
A Cadillac is one of THE most Luxurious cars you can get without going into the super rich, or even rich segment. The LAST Generation V had a better interior then its main competitors, And you get one of the best engines in the world, Major comfort, That sound, And the option of a Manual, And just look at that interior, And you get ALL that for ALOT less then its competitors, EVEN fully loaded its less, If that isn't world beating, I don't know what is.

The Cadillac CTS or Buick LaCrosse or Lincoln MKZ compares with this. I don't consider a near-luxury car to be comparable with a mid size premium car such as a Cadillac XTS or Lincoln MKS. The only 300 I consider comparable to an XTS or MKS is the 300C Luxury Series AWD. Otherwise, the 300 is considered a near-luxury car--a taste to cars like the MKZ, LaCrosse, CTS, 328i, ES 350, TL, etc.
