For this car to have a power to weight ratio of quote>"Power / weight 1285 ps (1267 bhp) / t."
With quote>"(1242 bhp) it would need a kerbweight of 980KG accordingly to BHP's power to weight calculator?
So, if that's true what's it's DRY weight and dry weight to kerbweight weight % ratio?
With a SEVEN litre plus V8 and forced induction? Someone better tell Gordon Murray.
Anyway, forget it, it's performance *"claims" for 0-100km/h and 0-200km/h are outrageous and the top speed with that wing stuck on it's backside is complete nonesense. Complete.
Let me know when a independent tested car gets any of those results, or anywhere near.
And it's coincidence that what outwardly appears to be a racetrack track refugee has EXACTLY the same top speed as the then current Bugatti Veyron Supersport Guiness World productions record holder plus "quicker" acceleration too? LOL!
Prove it. Bugatti did back then.

this car needs mclaren senna / glickenhaus scg003s / mclaren p1 lm downforce with this power and weight.... i love manual, analog cars but i'd take an auto tranny with this thing. does this car have the best power to weight ratio? its like an ultima gtr and mosler mixed, its a tiny car like the ultima which is why its easy to believe its weight numbers shown. so many comparisons i'd love to see

Lol!!! Interesting that the 7.2 S/C V8 never came from G*****l M*rs, Fd, or C******r. It's probably the fourth largest European-made production engine in the 21st century behind the Bugatti Veyron's 8.0 W16, the Rolls-Royce 9.0 V16, and the Weineck Cobra's 12.9 V8. Awesome sauce! :)
Edit: This 7.2 actually is from a Detroit automaker (GM); I just read on Auto Bild about the original Larera. It's one of the very few American-German cars, just like the Weineck Cobra.

Doesn't look bad. It looks like a generic racecar. But I bet it would look anything but generic in the streets. Crazy to even think it's road legal with that wing and splitter and diffuser etc.

@Fangio sportauto has tested the 1004hp Larea GT S10 in 7/2014 unfortunatily I dont have it or cant find it online...
Sabine Schmitz drove the Laera GT1 S9 Evo in the Sabine Schmitz vs Ron Simons series..
old test of the GT1 S7

Doesnt look the best, You can have great looks without sacrificing great track credentials, I like the name though, Certainly dont believe that weight figure though, But great if true, This has more bhp per ton then the the most Bhp Per Ton ever, The SSC Ultimate Aero TT 1287, 1092Bhp.
..Still though....All gray and onl red rims?...lol
