The good thing ESPECIALLY about American cars like the Charger/300, CT5, CT6, and even the last Continental is that they were DESIGNED to have a V8 in the first place... whereas most imports (JDM and Euro especially) were designed only to have 4- or 6-cylinder engines under the hood, it's like bulking a skinny soy male to get the V8 that it wants, whereas American upper midsize and full-size sedans NEED the V8.
Had Ford not ended production of sedans they would place a 5.2 Predator engine into the AWD Continental to rival the CT6-V (and maybe CT5-V Blackwing).
So Americans and Koreans basically build performance versions first then make standard versions, but vice versa for the rest of the automakers.
HUGE respect (props👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻) to America and Korea! ESPECIALLY Lincoln and Genesis🇺🇸🇰🇷
