Porsche 911 991.2 GT3 RS acceleration stats! (+25% effort from 0 to 100 km/h / 62 mph)
0-60 MPH: 2.9 seconds
0-100 km/h: 3.0 seconds
0-100 MPH: 6.5 seconds
0-200 km/h: 10.6 seconds
0-150 MPH: 15.9 seconds
0-300 km/h: 33.9 seconds
Lateral Acceleration: 1.31 G
Quarter (1/4) Mile: 10.8 seconds at 127 mph
Half (1/2) Mile: 17.0 seconds at 155 mph
Whole (1/1) Kilometer: 20.0 seconds at 161 mph
Whole (1/1) Mile: 28.5 seconds at 176 mph
Today is my last day estimating cars' performance.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mc-JJgfFrlYYFGuv3ohleC_rh7k8G3yp73DMb6UpCD8/edit?usp=sharing
0-200 km/h estimated in the form of (200/(100x1.609344))^1x6.5 and (200/(150*1.609344))^1x15.9
0-300 km/h estimated in the form of 10.6/.312 = 33.9 sec
Half mile time estimated in the form of 1320x1.6 = 2112 ft / 139 mph = 16.6 + .4 = 17.0. 1320 / 127 = 10.3 or 10.4 +.4 = 10.7/10.8. More potential comes from 10.8/17.0, less potential comes from 10.7/17.1.
Half mile trap speed estimated in the form of (17.0/15.9)^0.25x150 and (17.0/33.9)^0.25x(300/1.609344)
Kilometer time estimated in the form of 3.0+10.6+33.9/(3.0+10.6+33.9)x9; mile time pretty much the same way, but instead of 9, I multiplied by 21.
Kilometer trap speed estimated in the form of (20/15.9)^0.25x150 and (20/33.9)^0.25x(300/1.609344)
Mile trap speed estimated in the form of (28.5/15.9)^0.25x150 and (28.5/33.9)^0.25x(300/1.609344)

very good test amongst track tires. Trofeo R's are by far better in wet conditions and less hardcore than the Cup2R or the Eagle F1 supersport RS.
In dry race conditions, for the first lap (albeit a short one), the cup 2R was 1.7s faster than the Trofeo R, by the 2nd lap the difference was only .9s and the cup2R kept losing its advantage while the Trofeo R almost didn't lose any performance

So a GT3RS went round the hockenheim GP circuit on Cup 2Rs 3 seconds faster than a GT2RS on standard Cup 2s, 2.5 seconds faster than a 918 on Cup 2s, and 2 seconds faster than a 720s on Corsas.
Definitive proof that it is in fact the tyre that is absolutely remarkable, much more so than the actual cars it is on.
Even if we assume the 911 GT2rs is just one second faster on standard equipment than the GT3rs, this means at least a 4 second gap in performance between the already very capable Cup 2 and the Cup 2R.
4 seconds on a under 2 min course translates to what sort of difference on the 7 min Nordschleife? 10 seconds? 15 seconds? 20???? It would certainly explain the new GT3rs' performance of 6.56

Jeez, I don’t understand people hating porsche so much. Almost every manufacturer cheats, and the ones that don’t, just don’t compete(ferrari, some hyunda, mazda mb). So it’s kinda fair.
So theres also lot of people who love porsche, and not just fanboys, like the ones who knows shit anout cars(Chris Harris, F1 drivers, Doug eventually). There’s a lot to love about almost any car, try to love, not hatehate
